With the calendar year coming to a close it’s a natural time to be reflective and consider what has worked well this year, what have you learned, what are you grieving?

This year I attended a Seven Stones 2022 Completion Call and created a graphic review of 2022. Seven Stones embraces Sustainable Abundance, which they define as “a leadership movement at the intersection of personal development and global sustainability. It guides each of us to achieve our true potential as individuals and as leaders, in a way that affirms the value of all life.“
The completion call began with a mindfulness practice and then guided us to evaluate four concepts for the year: Joys, Sorrows, Proud moments, and Completions.
- Joys are events, people, and situations that brought you joy
- Sorrows are the ones that caused grief
- Proud moments are those things that fill your heart with wonder and a sense of accomplishment
- Completions are the things you’re outgrowing
